Black Friday 2026 Yoga and Pilates Deals: The Prices to Beat Before You Buy

Black Friday is the one week a year when a $144 yoga mat can be a sensible impulse buy. It is also the week when a "was" price means least, because a discount is only as honest as the number it is taken from.

This page does the groundwork before the sales start. For the yoga and Pilates gear we recommend in our reviews, it lists the regular Amazon price we recorded in September 2026, the seller, and the price we would call a genuine deal. We will update the prices as the sale approaches.

When Is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving, and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Amazon has not announced its 2026 dates. In recent years its Black Friday sale has opened about a week before Black Friday itself and run through Cyber Monday, so expect deals from roughly the week of November 16 to 20.

How to Tell a Real Deal

• Compare against the price you recorded, not the one on the badge. A "List Price" or "Typical price" line is Amazon's figure, and it is not always what the item has actually sold for recently. Use the regular prices in our table instead.
• Use a threshold. Our rule of thumb is 20 percent or more below the regular price. Smaller moves happen all year as colours go in and out of stock.
• Check the seller. Every product here is sold by its own brand or by Amazon.com. If the deal price is from a storefront you do not recognise, it is a different purchase, with a different return policy. Our check of who sells 30 brands on Amazon explains why that matters.
• Check the colour. Mats and leggings are priced per colour. A headline deal is often on one colour; yours may still be full price.

The Prices to Beat

Regular prices are from Amazon's product data in September 2026. "A real deal" is simply 20 percent below the regular price, rounded; it is our threshold, not a prediction of what Amazon will charge.

What Is Worth Waiting For

Premium mats. The Manduka PRO, Liforme Original and Jade Harmony are the mats in our best yoga mats guide that people keep for years, and 20 percent off is $23 to $33. They are also all sold by the brand or Amazon.com, so a deal on them is a deal on the real thing. Which one depends on your practice: the PRO for dense cushion and a lifetime of use, the Liforme for grip when your hands sweat, the Jade for natural rubber grip from the first class. The bolster. A Hugger Mugger Standard Bolster is $114 in most colours, and it is the one restorative prop our bolster guide says not to cheap out on. It is exactly the kind of purchase a sale should be for.

The hot yoga towel. At $72 the Yogitoes costs more than some mats. If you take heated classes it is the first thing to buy after a mat; if a deal brings it under $58, take it.

What Not to Wait For

Blocks, rings and budget mats. A cork block is $26 and a magic circle is $25. Twenty percent is about five dollars. If you need one for class this week, buy it this week.

Leggings in a colour you do not want. The CRZ YOGA Butterluxe is already $32 against the $98 Align it replaces, as our dupes price table shows. A deal is nice; a deal on a colour you will not wear is not.

Pilates at Home on a Budget

If a reformer is on your list, read is a Pilates reformer worth it before the sale rather than during it. Most people starting at home need three things: a thick mat, a ring and a band.
