Black Friday 2026 Gym Deals: Lifting Gear, Bags and Training Clothes Worth Buying

Gym gear splits neatly into two kinds of Black Friday purchase. Lifting equipment and bags last for years and are worth timing. Training clothes are discounted constantly, one colour and size at a time, so the Black Friday badge matters less than the price on the size you actually need.

This page lists the regular Amazon price we recorded in September 2026 for the gym gear we recommend, who sells it, and the price we would call a genuine deal. We will update it as the sale approaches.

When Is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Amazon has not announced its 2026 dates; in recent years its Black Friday sale has opened about a week earlier and run through Cyber Monday.

The Prices to Beat

"Regular price" is the list price Amazon reported, or the everyday price where there was no list price. "A real deal is" is 20 percent below it, rounded: our threshold, not a forecast. Apparel prices vary by colour and size; ours are for the specific listing linked.

Look at the middle column. The Brasilia, the HeatGear leggings, the Tech Mesh shorts and the Undeniable were already below list price when we checked. If Black Friday brings a badge but not a lower number than that, it is not a new deal.

What Is Worth Timing

Knee sleeves and a belt. The Gymreapers 7mm knee sleeves and the Quick-Lock belt are the best-value knee sleeve in our knee sleeves guide and the best nylon belt in our lifting belts guide, and both are sold by Gymreapers itself. The catch is sizing: the knee sleeves run slightly large, and a belt is sized to your waist. Measure first, and do not buy the size that happens to be on sale.

A bag with a shoe pocket. Our gym bags review picks the Nike Brasilia as the best overall value and the Under Armour Undeniable 5.0 for training outdoors in rain. The Brasilia was $35.25 against a $47 list price in September, which is already past our threshold.

What Not to Wait For

Basics in a common size. A Legend tee or Tech Mesh shorts cost $25 to $32 and are discounted by colour all year. If you need them now, buy them now; if you see your size and colour under the threshold, that is the deal.

The wrong fit. Our reviews found that both Nike Swoosh bras run slightly small, and our sports bra size guide explains how to measure. A high-support bra that does not fit is not a saving at any price.

Shoes

We have left lifting and training shoes out of this table. The Nike Romaleos 4 and Metcon 9 in our lifting shoes guide and CrossFit guide were sold on Amazon by third-party sellers rather than Nike or Amazon.com when we checked, at prices that vary by size. Buy shoes from a seller whose returns you trust, in a size you have tried.
